RETURN POLICY

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase so long as the item has not been damaged, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way for example removal of links, tags, etc.Once the item is returned we will gladly refund your transaction on the item amount to the original credit card used to purchased the item.

Any out of stock items specifically ordered by a customer worth over £400 will impose a 10% re-stocking fee if returned for any reason and all connecting charges to the transaction will not be refunded. 

Deposits for orders, are not refundable under any circumstances. 

To properly return an item to Leste, please do the following: 

Pack up your item for return including a note stating: 

     o Customer name
     o Contact details
     o Item name
     o Model number
     o Date purchased and
     o Reason why you wish to return your item.

Please insure item for the full amount and address to:

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of any orders must be stated within 24 hours of the order being made. Otherwise, all orders will be treated as correct and final. Refunds from cancellations will be refunded within 7 working days. 

PAYMENTS:

Credit and debit cards: We accept major credit and debit cards over the phone contact us on 0800 008 6821 between office hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. 

Cheque: UK buyers only your item will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared please allow up to 5 working days. Cheque MUST be payable to Leste Ltd 

Postal order: UK buyer's only postal order MUST be payable to Leste Ltd. 

Bank transfer (CHAPS, BACS): We will provide you with bank details. 

LIABILITY

Leste is not liable for any failure or delay in performance which can be wholly or partially due to; an act of god, war, fire, explosion, riot, civil commotion, restriction by government or other authority, strikes, lock outs, failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control. 

Queries and Complaints 

Any query or complaint received will be acknowledged within 24 hours and a response will be received within 5 working days of being posted, no longer than this period. Queries or complaints should be made to our customer service department;

OUR RIGHTS

Leste reserve the right to make amendments, substitute or remove goods or any information (e.g. prices, pictures, etc) on this website, without prior notice. 

Leste also reserve the right to; withdraw its services at any time, to refuse the service to any customers and to amend these terms and conditions and privacy policy, at any time without prior notice. 

These conditions are applicable under UK Law. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

DISCLAIMERS

All content on our Website is checked regularly to ensure that pricing is accurate. If an error is discovered Leste cannot be held liable for the accuracy and completeness of the content posted by Leste on its web site, except for its liability for tort and gross negligence and as otherwise provided for by the law.
