After Care Service
We dedicate 100% of our time on giving excellent customer service offering information for after care for all our products sold on our website.
Watch bracelet adjustment (for metal types with links)
If certain watch bracelets are not at a suitable length then this can easily be set by removing or adding links to any bracelet so it’s perfectly comfortable. Alternatively you may prefer to take the watch to your local watch repair shop or jewellers where they will be able to do this for a small fee.
Watch servicing and general care
We recommend a regular maintenance is performed to your watch as it will increase the time span of the watch. Please read the manufacturers instruction booklets carefully for correct usage and care for your watch.
If you require any information with regards to where to send your watch for repair please contact us and we will be happy to advise a list of places that will be able to service your watch.
Quartz battery watches
A quartz battery watch should have a regular service every 2 years, this will prevent battery leakage. (Even if your battery seems ok as they can still leak). You can do this at your local watch repair shop or jewellers.
Automatic (self-winding) watches
You should keep automatic watches clear from sources of electro-magnetic fields as the watch runs on a mechanical motion of metal parts. Main sources of electro-magnetic fields are televisions, speakers and mobile phones. If watch parts become magnetised the parts may stick together causing movement difficulties.
A service done every 4 years is highly recommended which can be done at your local watch repair shop or alternatively contact your watches official UK repair centre for more details (the information will be in your warranty booklet).
If you have any other queries regarding your timepiece please do not hesitate to contact us via email, free phone or mail.
Jewellery care
To preserve the life and beauty of your jewellery we recommend you always protect your jewellery from sharp objects, scratching, chemicals, sunlight or extreme heat/cold weather. your jewellery should be stored in a soft lined box or pouch and keep pieces apart so that they don't rub together or tangle. Avoid wearing rings when cleaning, gardening or performing sports. Make sure your jewellery doesn’t come in contact with nail polish removers, perfume and hairspray. Clean your jewellery regularly, use professional jewellery cleaning products. Chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage so never go swimming with your jewellery.
