Q: How do I contact Leste London?

A: Please fill in an email enquiry form which can be found by clicking on the ‘Contact Us' section of the website. We are open from 9.00am – 5pm Monday - Friday.


Q: How will my order be shipped?

Q: When should I expect to receive my order?

A: Items that are out of stock please allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery.
For items in stock delivery will take 1 day (only applies to UK buyers) ( for overseas buyers please allow 7-14 working days).


Q: Can orders be placed from abroad?

A: Overseas buyers can place orders on all products.

 


Q, How can I return or exchange an unwanted item?

A: Items can be returned within 30 days so long as the item has not been damaged, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way (for example removal of links, tags, etc). To properly return an item to Leste, please do the following:
Pack up your item for return including a note stating:
Customer name
Contact details
Item name
Model number
Date purchased
Reason why you wish to return your item.

Please insure item for the full amount and address to:

On receipt of the returned goods we will give you an exchange or a refund of the amount paid for the goods. Please note we only provide refunds on postage if the item supplied was faulty or incorrectly supplied. 


Q: Are there any address you cannot deliver to?

A: We do not post to PO. Boxes or Military bases.


Q: Can orders be delivered to an alternative address?

A: Items can be despatched to any location it does not have to be your home address. However to prevent fraud the invoice for the purchased item will have to be sent to the card holders address.


Q: What methods of payments do you accept?

A: We accept credit cards,Visa,Visa debit ,Visa electron ,Master card,Solo,Maestro and JCB.
Cheque: UK buyers only your item will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared please allow up to 4-5 working days.
Bank transfer (CHAPS, BACS) : We will provide you with bank details ,please call customer service on 0800 008 6821  for further details.


 

Q: Is your website secure?

A: The online payment process is for debit and credit card payments, and the site is a secure area managed by Protx. Protx use a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data, thus protecting the cardholder.

Q: How can I check on an order I placed on Leste of London?

A: To check the status of an order please login into the “My account “section of the site and click on “Track and view orders”.


Q: How do I know when my order has been received?

A: Once we received your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided to us. Please keep this email as it contains your order details and reference number.


Q: Vat on items?

A: All our prices already include Vat. UK buyers will be charged Vat and customers outside the EU will not have to pay VAT.


Q: Are you an authorised dealer?

 A: Yes we are an authorised dealer for all our brands and they come with full manufacturer's paper work, box and warranty card.
