Shipping is done from Mon to Fri every week using our reliable and insured postal service royal mail.
Every item MUST be signed for and if your not available to do so royal mail will leave a calling card, with instructions on how to collect your item. (May only apply to Mainland UK only).
When your item is dispatched we will notify you via email.
Collection Service
If you wish to pick your item from our office you will need to make an appointment with us between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
For security reasons the person who places the order must collect the item.Customer must bring the card used to purchase the item, order number, form of id with your name and address.
